"I had purchased a Legend 29ft All Aluminum Enclosed trailer from a different dealer a long ways from my home, After the first trip to my cabin pulling the trailer with my side by side UTV inside I had a heck of a Time keeping my Ford F-150 with a 5.0 V8 on the road. I came home and thought it was the truck so I traded it in for a new Ram 2500 HD with the 6.4 Hemi. So I dragged the Trailer to my cabin approximately five times and noticed that the trailer tires had extreme uneven wear and were no longer safe to tow my snowmobiles. So I looked for the nearest Legend dealer to my house and found Auto & Toy Trader in West Salem WI. I brought it to them and met with Scott Breidel. Scott advised me that they do warranty repairs on Legend Trailers and he would investigate the tire wear and communicate with Legend and get back to me. Scott worked diligently to address my concerns with the new trailer and he replaced both axles and all four tires. I was very pleased with his progress on the very important issue with the trailer. I picked up the trailer with no charge to me! As soon as I got the trailer on the highway I was shocked to find out I wasn’t fighting the trailer going down the highway to keep it straight. I was able to pull in 7th gear for the first time and my transmission temp remained at normal temperature! It was like pulling a totally different trailer! I was so pleased to find out the trailer was fixed!!! I had to call Scott back and advised what a great job that he did! I know were I’m buying my next trailer!!! Thank You !!
